WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping and shipping to hospitals are currently unavailable.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TAKE?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and ready for shipment within two business days. Orders placed after 12pm CT on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following week.
We ship from our Oakdale, MN. Most packages are shipped via USPS and 2-5 business days from shipment to arrival is typical. Certain products have longer processing times, especially personalized products and curated gift sets. We’re happy to provide processing + shipping estimates upon request.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
$8.00 flat-rate per U.S. address per.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY ISSUES
If anything goes wrong during the shipping process, such as items arriving in damaged condition, promptly let us know, and we’ll make it right. You can get in touch with us via email: sincerelymelv@gmail.com.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
– Some personal care / beauty products
– Personalized or custom-made products
– Final sale merchandise
– Any products that are specified as non-returnable the product description
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
Please allow two weeks for processing of returns and exchanges. If you need to expedite the exchange process we suggest you purchase the new product from our website and send the unwanted or incorrect merchandise back to us as a return. (Please note that we can only issue a refund back to the original credit card used for purchase for each item).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if the apparel does not fit you properly.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a coupon will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
