You’ve spent months planning every detail. When the day finally arrives, you shouldn’t be answering vendor questions, watching the clock, directing your wedding party, or wondering whether the reception space is ready.
That’s where I come in.
I step in before your wedding to learn your plans, organize the details, communicate with your vendors, and make sure everything comes together beautifully so you and your loved ones can simply enjoy the day.
Since 2019, I have coordinated many weddings for family members and friends. What began as a way to help loved ones turned into a genuine passion. I discovered how much I enjoy creating a calm and organized environment so couples can truly be present and enjoy their special day.
I have had the honor of coordinating a wide range of cross-cultural weddings, including Catholic ceremonies, traditional cultural celebrations, Hmong weddings, and Nepali wedding. These experiences have deepened my understanding and appreciation of diverse customs, allowing me to support couples in planning a smooth, respectful, and joyful wedding day that authentically reflects their heritage and values.

What is a Day-of Coordinator?
As a Day of Coordinator (after meeting with the bride and groom to review details of the wedding,) here is a list of the responsibilities I typically undertake:
• Timeline management: I create and oversee the schedule to make sure everything runs smoothly from the ceremony to photos to the reception.
• Vendor coordination: I communicate with vendors like the caterer, DJ, florist, and photographer to ensure everyone arrives on time, sets up properly, and follows the plan.
• Problem solving: I handle any last-minute issues quietly so you and your family can focus on celebrating.
• Guest management: I guide guests, the wedding party, and family members to where they need to be throughout the day.
• Final touches: I make sure décor, place settings, and all special details come together exactly as planned.

The Process
To ensure everything runs smoothly, I require at least 3 months’ notice prior to your big day. Once booked, we’ll create a detailed hour by hour timeline and schedule at least two planning meetings before the wedding to go over logistics, expectations, and final details.
